Important Information

General

• A tent will cover stalls being used
• Renters must provide their own buckets, bedding, hay, and related supplies.
• Stalls must be thoroughly cleared of all hay and bedding after the event; otherwise, a $60 cleaning fee will be charged.
• There is a designated area on site for manure disposal 
• A 10% discount is automatically applied when three or more stall bookings are made at the same time.
• A maximum of three stall bookings per event has been set.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued if the show or event is cancelled by the organising committee.
  

Stall sharing

• Sharing stalls is highly recommended!
• Sharing arrangements are the sole responsibility of the renter

Security

• There will be NO on-site security provided by the BHPA or NEC - the security and safety of the horses/ponies stabled in the facility is the sole responsibility of the owner and/or competitor.
• Horses/ponies are permitted to stay at the NEC overnight but must be monitored by the owner and/or competitor
